They focus on consuming knowledge which is going to help them to grow from same tools which other people are using to pass time. Example: Youtube, Google, Instagram and so on.
They start Exploring good stuff for future like what should I do achieve my goals like how can I become number #1 in academics and sports. Where am I lacking and how can I solve my issues to achieve.
They got great communication skills and because of that people love them and give them authority to take care of important stuff and also seek and follow their advice.
They might fall into bad environment but they know how to control themselves from getting influenced.
They have a really strong problem solving nature. They rectify the issue and start working on them, without blaming anybody for the issues.
They Don't waste time and energy where there is no productivity and progression for them.

Before talking about where and from whom you can acquire. You need to learn who can never help you in acquiring these skills. 90% of parents, Relatives, Friends and close people, even if they are super influential, extremely nice personality and Great communicator. They can't help you because they are saturated their value is way less than a stranger in terms of learning new things and obeying their thoughts.

After applying in OYO, Bajaj & other companies and got rejected, even after having a good background. Having no choice and self realisation that, I can't live like this. I learned everything on my own and enhanced my skills. Because of strong mindset, which I build overtime.
