Refund Policy For Our Webinar, Programs & Courses:

Grow Mentality main goal is the satisfaction of our customers With the right knowledge and we strive to give the best product of high-quality and we also respect their hard-earned cash. We offer a complete assurance of a refund in the event that our products fail to meet their expectations or requirements while keeping in mind the conditions and terms of our business.

We provide refunds for Courses and Programes under below mentioned circumstances:

  • The Live session batch got cancelled by the mentor ” Sachin Behera” due to any circumstances. 
  • Students who bought the course or program or any digital product, who has bought by mistakenly or no need of the product any more need to cancel within 24 hours. you need to connect with us with a cancellation request on : support@growmentality.com

We Are Not Able to Process Refunds If the Following Situations Take Place If:

  • If there’s any technical issue Faced by the student while attending live sessions.
  • If a participant or Student has quit the course at any point during it or after the batch started.
  • If you have paid a booking amount and went for the course we can only give only 80% of the money refunded in any circumstances, Because of spot reservation. 

Refund Policy For Booking amount:

  • We do not provide any sort of refund on the booking amount which is 20% of the program or course price. As we might have limited/finite number of vacancy on every batch. We allow everybody to book seats. And booking a seat means they are reserving a spot which nobody can hold so booking amount is not refundable if you leave.

Special Instruction Regarding Newsletter

We offer newsletters with an enlightened refund policy. You are able to use any number of newsletters that you like. When you decide to stop our newsletter and we subtract the amount for the newsletter you used and the remaining sum will be returned with any questions.

Instruction Regarding Subscription

Please be aware that any fees paid for any subscription period are due in advance and we do not guarantee any reimbursement in whole or in part for that.
